Outdoor Accent Lighting
We can create custom designing plans from scratch, or repair and restore/improve an existing system. Using standard high voltage (110V), common low volt (12v), or a custom/uncommon voltage (6v/7v/9v) we can fit your needs to illuminate your property with elegant lighting solutions. You can find an example on the right of our custom work.
This is a low voltage application of 9 lanterns and 2 spotlights. The scope of work was to replace 7 existing plastic incandescent lanterns with a more sturdy/secure option. We replaced them with 7 bronzed metal lanterns with an LED light source. We also expanded the existing system by adding 2 more lanterns and 1 spot light. The LED light source allowed us to add fixtures because it reduced the load on the transformer, consumes less power and therefore costs much less to run year to year. A year prior we installed the power efficient porch lights pictured as well.
Vintage Outdoor Accent Lighting
This was an exciting design and by far one of our personal favorites, where we brought an old high voltage (110v) defunct 1974 lighting application back to life. There was only one battered light left in working condition; the rest had been broken, cut and buried.
Staring the project, we located and unearthed all of the broken buried lights. All electrical lines were tested for proper voltage and safety. All original T & L boxes were rebuilt by exact duplicates, new conduit piping cut and fitted for new vintage style lanterns. Driveway column lanterns were rebuilt and fitted with new wiring. All fixtures were completed with LED bulbs and then retrofitted with a smart-home application to be controlled locally by switch or by cell phone app. The finished product totaled 11 lanterns, 1 post light, 2 stone column lanterns, 2 garage sconces and 1 electrical outlet utility box.
Indoor Accent Lighting
Creating custom design plans we took an ordinary open concept staircase and created a functional modern work of art.
This is a low voltage (12v) application of custom made LED lighting, secured in aluminum housings and covered with a light diffusing lens. This can be controlled by a switch locally or activated by cell phone app. This application can also be dimmed.

How can you own and rent studio space, without creating your own works? Music released under the name M/\M has been written, performed and produced by the owner Michael A Monteiro. There are sometimes remixes or covers released under this name as well.
I.A.D
I.A.D is an artist, writing noise & drone based music. Close to the genre or experimental. I.A.D is known for synthesizing his own sounds via extreme manipulation and sometime with magnetic tape media of many different types, which gives his music a trademark analog sound. M/\M is often in collaboration with I.A.D.
Rather Nice
A four piece band that writes music of teenage angst with catchy rhythms and bright jazzy chord progressions. Their music falls under the Indie genre.
With their recent hit "Diversions" off of their album Quadratic, they have captured the hearts of many fans and caught the attention of a few publications leading up to the interviews below.
